The website www.lutoya.ro (hereinafter “Lutoya” or “website”) is owned by LUTOYA CREATIV SRL, a Romanian company registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/2191/2021, with tax ID (CUI) 43697964 and bank account no. RO97INGB0000999911197427. Lutoya provides its customers with handmade clay products that can be purchased through online ordering.
This document regulates the conditions of use of the website by visitors and customers, as well as the manner in which products sold on the website can be purchased. This document has the value of a contract concluded between Lutoya and customers, therefore producing legal effects from the date of its acceptance by customers.
By accessing the website www.lutoya.ro, any visitor or customer is obliged to read and comply with the terms and conditions of the website. This document is considered understood and accepted without reservation in the following situations: a) By visiting the website. The terms and conditions may be modified unilaterally by Lutoya, and it is the duty of each visitor to check for changes.
4. Placing an Order
Products can be purchased through the website as they appear on https://www.lutoya.ro/. Products available for sale on the Lutoya website may vary depending on stock or other reasons, at Lutoya’s discretion.
Any person can place an order on the Lutoya website as follows: a) The customer selects products and the desired quantity; b) The customer adds products to the cart and is informed of the total payment amount; c) The customer enters the required personal data (identification data, shipping address, billing data, other data as applicable) and presses the “submit order” button, having previously accepted the terms and conditions; d) Products can be purchased once. 5. Order Cancellation Any order cancellation must be received by us by 5:00 PM. Due to the specifics of this business, we regret that we will not refund amounts paid if the cancellation is made after the deadline. Order cancellation must be made in writing (by email) or through the website by the same person who placed the original order.
The displayed prices are final, include delivery costs and do not include VAT (as Lutoya Creativ SRL is not a VAT payer). Prices may be modified unilaterally, and the customer is obliged to check the product description page. Payment is made at the time of placing the order, by card, through the Netopia payment processor or by bank transfer. Visa/Visa Electron, MasterCard/Maestro cards are accepted.
Delivery dates will be specified during the ordering process. Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made within 24-72 hours, with a shipping cost of 15 RON.
Website visitors and customers are obliged to: a) use the website in good faith, solely for the purpose of information about Lutoya products and/or purchasing these products; b) comply with current legislation; c) respect Lutoya’s copyright; d) not resell purchased products without Lutoya’s consent.
Website Availability — Although Lutoya aims to provide a reliable online service, we cannot promise that our services will always be available. If an error occurs while using the site, please contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible. Access to the site may sometimes be restricted for maintenance or system updates.
Lutoya holds copyright and/or a right of use over the website, texts, images, logos, videos, web graphics elements, scripts and any other data on the website.
Any disputes arising from this document shall be settled amicably, or by the competent courts at Lutoya’s headquarters. This document is governed by Romanian law.
